Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed as described in this Statement of Privacy. This app is Data dependent and requires users to provide accurate and full information. Since this is a strict user app which is intended to be used by only Yogi Divine Society members they will be informed about this condition before downloading the app. We are pleased to provide information to all our visitors about our privacy policy. Events and Notifications depends on the location the user provides. Missing location leads to the user not having any access to the events and notification. Since this is an app built to provide information about the events near the users and the notification, Location is a necessary condition. Missing location defeats the purpose of the app. After the data is collected, specifically the location the app is designed to notify the user about the events that will be taking place near their location. User will not be able to access the events that are not at their location and are happening in different states. An individual who resides in NJ will only be able to see the event taking place in NJ. This requires accurate and complete location from the users.
With your permission, we use the “Personal Information” collected from you to send you information, such as updates, useful information regarding your contribution, and additional news about our project and services. We also use this information to inform you about our upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such materials, they will not be sent to you.
